The drug wars continue in sport

Feb 24
2012

We are in the year 2012 and the single biggest sporting event is the London Olympics. One of the biggest concerns in the world of sport today is the prevalence of performance enhancing drugs by athletes in just about every discipline. The CCCP is now the property of the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC), an organization established in 2003 to facilitate collaboration between NOCs of the region including those of French, Dutch, Spanish and English-speaking nations.

CANOC has been keen on ensuring that the region is adequately served with coaches from the most basic level through to the elite level.
