3on3 League Basketball Island Tour

The SVG 3on3 League, sponsored by LIME and Guinness was officially launched on Friday 16th,

2013 at the New Montrose Hard Court. The event was attended by a small but enthused crowd. The tournament was opened by league organisers Junior Sutton and Oral Roberts. A brief word was said by former President Wayne Williams. Ms. Candice Sealey, Marketing Organizer of the St. Vincent Brewery Ltd. presented 4 Teams with backpacks.

The opening saw exhibition games played by all teams after which all teams were awarded six packs of Guinness from the St. Vincent Brewery Ltd.

The competition was fierce and intense as teams fought hard for a spot in the finals. The competition format places the top three teams from each zone in the finals on October 18th, 2013.

The first three teams that has secured a spot in the finals are: Calliqua One, Street Warriors,

and Shot & Dunkers.

SVG 3on3 League moves in to Barrouallie on August 31st 2013 for Stop #2.

All 3on3 teams are asked to register early to secure a spot in the competition.
