Please for some sense of direction re sports facilities

Unless the governmental authorities understand that it is imperative that there be a meeting of the NSC with the different sporting organizations relative to their needs there would not be any coordinated approach to the development of facilities and hence no genuine development of sports.
The time has also come for the government of the day, whichever day, to stop the practice of making sport with sport. Stop the politicking and place trained and trainable people in positions that would facilitate the emergence and implementation of appropriate development strategies for the genuine development of sport.
It must have been an eye-opening experience for the Prime Minister to have recently been exposed to the true role of sport in national development at the United Nations.
What is left is for it to impact him positively such that it commits him and his government to action.
