Caribbean Games on regional agenda

GAMES VILLAGE
The OCCG will provide the athletes and members of the each delegation with the necessary housing for their respective teams in the official Games Village.
The OCCG is also mandated to ensure that all the expenses for competitors and executives that are within their jurisdiction (particularly housing expenses) are kept to a minimum, thereby keeping some restraint on expenses related to the hosting of the Games.
Arrangements will also be made for the housing of the representative officials and directors designated by the International Federations and/or CANOC, within the limits of CANOC and the OCCG.
The sum that will be charged for food and housing of competitors and officials in the Games Village will be indicated by the hosting NOC and approved by the CANOC.

PARTICIPATION IN THE GAMES
The Executive Committee, upon receiving a request for affiliation from the NOC of a country to belong to CANOC, with accompanying documentation, can allow the said country’s participation in the next Games.  The General Assembly following will decide acceptance of the supplying Caribbean NOC as a new member of CANOC.
The overall number of participants will be fixed by the CANOC, following consultation with the appropriate International Federations, two (2) years before the Gameshe International Federation in consultation with the Organizing
Committee shall determine the entries in each event.

TECHNICAL MATTERS
The Supreme Authority in each sport in technical matters is the International Federation and CANOC respectively.
For each sport of the Caribbean Games, the respective International Federation will designate an official representative who must arrive at the venue at least five (5) days before the first event of that sport in order to ensure that all requirements of the respective sport are adequately provided: housing, and transportation of executives, technicians and judges; the correct form of registrations, the competition plan and any other matters of similar nature. The OCCG would have the responsibility for meeting all of the expenses of each such representative (air transportation tourist class, housing and nourishment).
