ARTICLE X

MEETINGS

 
1. QUADRENNIAL GENERAL MEETINGS
 
a. Shall be held not later than March 31st in the year that it is due.
 
b. Notice of the Quadrennial General Meeting shall be sent to the affiliates fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled date. Such notice shall include: the Agenda, Minutes of the previous Quadrennial General Meeting as well as all the Executive Report and the Audited Financial Statement.
 
c. All officers of the Executive shall be elected at the Quadrennial General Meeting.
 
2. GENERAL MEETINGS
 
a. General Meetings shall be held bi-annually and shall serve as the main forum of power and authority of Team Athletics SVG.
 
b. Affiliates shall receive at least fourteen (14) days notice in respect of General Meetings. Such notice shall include: the Agenda, Minutes of the previous General Meeting, as well as the Executive Report and a Financial Statement.
 
3. EXECUTIVE MEETINGS
 
a. Executive Meetings of Team Athletics SVG shall take place at least once per month.
 
b. Notices in respect of Executive Meetings shall be sent out at least four (4) days in advance and such notices shall include the Agenda.
 
4. EMERGENCY MEETINGS
 
a. Emergency Meetings of the General Body shall be called on not less than three (3) day’s notice.
 
b. Emergency Executive Meetings may be called by the President at any time.
 
b. Emergency Meetings shall be called to discuss only matters of an urgent nature.
