5. SPECIAL GENERAL MEETINGS
 
Special General Meetings shall be convened on the insistence of the membership of Team Athletics SVG of not less than 20%, for a specified purpose such as a vote of no confidence in the entire Executive or for the removal of a member or members of the Executive.
 

ARTICLE XI

COMMISSIONS

 
There shall be eight (8) Commissions: Finance, Competitions, Disciplinary, Technical, Athletes, Selection, Coaches and Technical Officials
 
1. THE FINANCE COMMISSION
 
a. Shall comprise the Treasurer and four (4) other nominees who need not be members of the Executive.
 
b. Shall prepare the annual budget of the Association.
 
c. Shall plan and implement a programme of fundraising activities to facilitate the work of the Association.
 
d. Shall seek sponsorship for competitions and other activities organised by the Association.
 
e. Shall be represented at Executive and/or General Meetings on the invitation of the Executive Committee.
 
2. THE COMPETITIONS COMMISSION
 
a. Shall comprise of the Games Secretary and four (4) other nominees who need not be members of the Executive.
 
b. Shall organise and manage all competitions of the Association.
 
c. Shall be responsible for the compilation of the results of all competitions of the Association.
 
d. Shall be responsible for the establishment of standards to be met by athletes in order to gain selection on representative teams.
 
e. Shall be responsible for the safe keeping of all equipment of the Association.
 
f. Shall be represented at Executive and/or General Meetings on the invitation of the Executive Committee.
