THE GAMES SECRETARY
 
1. Shall be responsible for the proper planning and administration of all athletic events organized by the Association.
 
2. Shall furnish the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer with all records established by Vincentian athletes.
 
3. Shall preside as over the Competitions Commission and shall submit regular reports on this Committee to the Executive.
 
4. Shall be responsible for the safe keeping of Team Athletics SVG’s equipment.
 
THE ATHLETES’ REPRESENTATIVE
 
1. Shall represent the interests of the athletes involved in the sport of athletics in St Vincent and the Grenadines. This includes the interests of athletes who are resident abroad.
 
2. Shall be assigned such other duties as the Executive shall deem necessary and expedient from time to time.
 
THE COACHES’ REPRESENTATIVE
 
1. Shall represent the interests of the coaches involved in the sport of athletics in St Vincent and the Grenadines. This includes the interests of coaches who are resident abroad.
 
2. Shall be assigned such other duties as the Executive shall deem necessary and expedient from time to time.
 
THE TECHNICAL OFFICIALS’ REPRESENTATIVE
 
1. Shall represent the interests of the technical officials involved in the sport of athletics in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
 
2. Shall be assigned such other duties as the Executive shall deem necessary and expedient from time to time.
