ARTICLE XVIII

VOTING

 
1. Only affiliates whose subscriptions are not in arrears are entitled to vote at General Meetings of Team Athletics SVG. This also applies to the Quadrennial General Meeting at which elections are held.
 
2. Each affiliate shall be permitted one (1) vote.
 
3. Members of the outgoing Executive shall not be entitled to vote unless duly accredited as a delegate of an affiliate to the Meeting.
 
4. Voting at the Quadrennial General Meeting in respect of the election of officers shall be by secret ballot only. All other voting shall be by the show of hands.
 
5. Voting at General Meetings other than at the Quadrennial General Meeting shall be by show of hands.
 
6. All decisions shall be by simple majority.
