ARTICLE VII

AFFILIATION & SUBSCRIPTION

 
1. Any organisation falling under Article VI, 1(a) of this Constitution may apply to team Athletics SVG to gain affiliation.
 
2. Applications for affiliation shall be submitted to the Executive who shall have the power to grant affiliation status pending ratification by a General Meeting of Team Athletics SVG.
 
3. The affiliation fee shall be determined by the General Meeting based on recommendations from the Executive.
 
4. Affiliates shall pay an annual subscription determined by the General Meeting based on recommendations from the Executive, not later than one (1) month after the Annual General Meeting.
 
5. Affiliates shall be charged an additional 50% of the annual subscription fee for having fallen into arrears.
 
6. Affiliates shall be liable to automatic suspension for failing to pay subscription by March 1, of each year, and shall be ineligible to participate in any athletic activities, including Meetings, held either by Team Athletics SVG or under its auspices until such time as all arrears are paid.
 

ARTICLE VIII

ELECTIONS

 
1. Elections shall be held every four (4) years at the Quadrennial General Meeting.
 
2. Only members of affiliates that are not in arrears with Team Athletics SVG may be entitled to vote at the Quadrennial General Meeting and eligible for nomination to the Executive.
