3. THE DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION
 
a. Shall comprise three (3) members, one (1) of whom shall be from the Executive.
 
b. Shall have full powers to investigate and hear matters brought before it by the Executive. In this task the Committee must inform the party/parties against whom charges have been laid of the charges in writing, allowing time for mounting a defence.
 
c. Shall have the powers to recommend to the Executive: reprimands, fines, suspensions and bans in respect of athletes, officials and clubs/teams found guilty of charges laid and thoroughly investigated.
 
d. Shall be represented at Executive and/or General Meetings on the invitation of the Executive Committee.
 
4. THE TECHNICAL COMMISSION
 
a. Shall comprise five (5) members, at least one (1) of whom shall be a member of the Executive Committee of Team Athletics SVG. At least two (2) members must be IAAF Certified coaches from the Coaches Commission and one (1) must be a trained technical official from the Officials Commission.
 
b. Shall advise the Executive of all technical matters relating to the sport.
 
c. Shall advise the Executive on all training options and equipment needs relative to the advancement of the sport in the state.
 
d. Shall be responsible for the collection and archiving of all Athletics Statistics of St Vincent and the Grenadines.
 
e. Shall be represented at Executive and/or General Meetings on the invitation of the Executive Committee.
