ARTICLE XXIV

DISSOLUTION

 
Should Team Athletics SVG be dissolved, all funds, equipment, literature and records shall be turned over to the National Olympic Committee of St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the continued furtherance of sports in the State.
 

ARTICLE XXV

AMENDMENTS

 
1. Amendments to this Constitution should only be made at a Special General Meeting of Team Athletics SVG called solely for this purpose.
 
2. Proposed Amendments must reach the General Secretary at least three (3) months prior to the Special General Meeting. Copies of such proposals shall be circulated to all affiliates at least one (1) month prior to the meeting.
 
3. Amendments to this Constitution shall only be made by two-thirds (2/3) majority at the Special General Meeting referred to in Article XXII, 1., above.
