THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
 
Shall assist the other officers of the Executive in whatever ways the latter may deem necessary and expedient from time to time.
 
IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT
 
Shall draw on his/her experience providing advice to and assist the other officers of the Executive in whatever ways the latter may deem necessary and expedient from time to time.
 
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
 
Any member of the Executive may have his/her membership of this body terminated after having failed to attend three consecutive meetings without an acceptable excuse being tendered or for consistently failing to perform assigned tasks or for engaging in activities and/or conduct deemed capable of bringing the sport and/or Team Athletics SVG into disrepute.
 
A member may have its membership of Team Athletics SVG terminated by a decision of the Executive Committee, ratified by the General Meeting, on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Commission.
 
VACANCIES
 
The Executive shall fill vacancies on the Executive or any of the Commissions resulting from the termination of membership or in the event of resignation or death, until such time as the next General Meeting is convened when the latter shall determine an appropriate replacement.
