ARTICLE XIX

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

 
Any Member of the Executive or of any of the Commissions of Team Athletics SVG who has an interest, or who may be perceived as having an interest, in any proposed contract, transaction or issue with Team Athletics SVG, shall disclose fully and promptly the nature and extent of such interest to the Executive and shall excuse him/herself from participating in or voting at any meeting at which decisions are to be made in respect of such contract, transaction or issue, and shall refrain from influencing the decision-making process in any way whatsoever.
 

ARTICLE XX

INDEMNIFICATION

 
Team Athletics shall indemnify and hold harmless out of the funds of Team Athletics SVG each member of the Executive and Commissions of the organisation from and against any and all claims, demands, actions or costs which may arise or be incurred as a result of occupying the position or performing the duties of a member of the Executive or of any of the Commissions.
 
Teams Athletics SVG shall not indemnify a member of the Executive or any of the Commissions of the organisation for acts of fraud or dishonesty.
 

ARTICLE XXI

FINANCIAL YEAR

The Financial Year of Team Athletics SVG shall be from January 1st to December 31st of the calendar year.
