ARTICLE XXII

SIGNATORIES TO THE ACCOUNTS

The signatories to the Accounts of Team Athletics SVG shall be either the President or the General Secretary and the Treasurer.
 

ARTICLE XXIII

AUDITOR

 
1.The Quadrennial General Meeting shall appoint an Auditor.
 
2. The Auditor shall submit an Audited Financial Statement to Team Athletics SVG on the Executive’s term of office, which shall be presented to the Quadrennial General Meetings.
 

ARTICLE XXIV

BANKERS

The Bankers of Team Athletics SVG shall be any reputable Bank(s) as determined by the Quadrennial General Meeting.
 

ARTICLE XXV

BYE – LAWS

 
1. The General Meeting shall pass such Bye – laws as may be deemed necessary and expedient to deal with matters not covered by the Constitution.
 
2. Such Byelaws shall be as binding on all the affiliates as the Constitution itself.
