4. DUTIES OF OFFICERS
The duties of the respective officers of the Executive shall be as follows:
 
THE PRESIDENT
 
1. Shall preside over meetings of Team Athletics SVG.
 
2. Shall ensure the proper functioning of Team Athletics SVG.
 
3. Shall be an ex-officio member of all Commissions of Team Athletics SVG.
 
4. Shall have a casting vote at General Meetings of Team Athletics SVG.
 
5. Shall have an original and a casting vote at Executive Meetings.
 
THE VICE – PRESIDENT/PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
 
1. Shall assist the President in the performance of his duties.
 
2. Shall act as President in the absence of the substantive holder of that position.
 
3. Shall be responsible for all publications and releases pertinent to the work of Team Athletics SVG.
 
4. Shall project the image and work of Team Athletics SVG, such that the public may be made aware, at all times, of all pertinent developments.
 
5. Shall work closely with the General Secretary in the disposition of the organisation’s public relations function.
